We are looking for a Field Executive to handle POS/EDC card-swiping machine installations, service calls, and deinstallations at merchant locations across Hyderabad.

The candidate must have a two-wheeler . The role involves visiting approximately 6–8 locations per day based on the assigned route. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Install POS/EDC machines at assigned merchant locations.
- Attend service and technical support calls.
- Deinstall and collect POS/EDC machines when required.
- Visit locations across Hyderabad according to the daily schedule.
- Explain basic machine usage to merchants.
- Complete service updates and submit required reports through the mobile application.
- Maintain proper communication with the operations team and merchants.
- Complete daily visits within the assigned turnaround time.

Requirements
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel throughout Hyderabad.




- Ability to attend 6–8 visits per day.
- Basic communication and smartphone skills.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in field service, banking equipment, telecom, or delivery operations will be an advantage.
- Training will be provided.
