Field Sales & Servicing Executive | B2B Sales – Jalgaon

About the Role

SourceCatch Konnect is hiring a Field Sales & Servicing Executive for our Jalgaon location to drive business growth through face-to-face client engagement. The role involves meeting D2C and local businesses, understanding their requirements, and introducing them to our digital marketing and performance marketing solutions.

What You'll Do

- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet 3–4 potential clients daily.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Explain SourceCatch Konnect's services and their value to clients.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure clients actively use and benefit from our services.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients for timely closure.
- Support client retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Achieve assigned fortnightly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally.

- Good sales and client-handling skills.
- Confident in face-to-face meetings and presentations.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work independently.
- Strong customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Candidates with B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing experience will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives
- Freshers: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹20,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
- Salary and incentives will depend on experience, skills, and performance.
