HIRING: FIELD SALES OFFICER

Location: Mohamed Ali Road, Mumbai – 400003

Salary / CTC: ₹2.8 – ₹3.5 LPA

Experience: 1–2 Years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Travel Allowance: Included in CTC

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Officer with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive customer acquisition, sales, and relationship management in the local market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Acquire new Savings & Current Account (CASA) customers.
- Mobilize Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits.
- Source and generate retail loan business.
- Cross-sell insurance products to customers.
- Promote digital banking products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits and engage with prospective customers.
- Identify recent business opportunities within the assigned market.

REQUIRED SKILLS




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of local market and customer segments
- Basic understanding of banking and financial products
- Customer acquisition and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented approach

PREFERRED PROFILE
- Age: 21–30 years
- Experience: 1–2 years in Sales / Field Sales preferred
- Banking, financial services, or field sales experience preferred
