About The Opportunity looking for young, energetic and motivated graduates/diploma holders who are interested in building a career in B2B Sales and Business Development .
The selected candidates will receive training and will be responsible for promoting and selling:
- HDPE Pipes
- LDPE Films
- LDPE Sheets
- Plastic Polymer Products
- Products for Industrial Agricultural applications
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors and industrial customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and leads through field visits.
- Promote and sell HDPE Pipes, LDPE Films Sheets and other polymer products.
- Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Candidate Profile We welcome applications from freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience who have:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dealers, distributors and customers.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

- BBA / B.Com / B.Sc.
