About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Admission Sales Executives to drive student admissions across Bihar for our 4 colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate student leads through field visits, networking & references
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees & admission process
- Promote courses and programs offered by PE Group Institutions
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
- Achieve the monthly target of 16 admissions
- Build relationships with students, parents and local education networks
- Conduct regular field visits across the assigned territory




- Maintain lead, follow-up and admission records
- Coordinate with the internal admission team for admission closure

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1+ year experience in Field Sales / Education Sales / Admission Sales / BDE preferred
- Freshers with solid communication & sales skills may also apply
- Good communication, convincing & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with regular field travel across Bihar
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
