We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition and onboarding. The role involves identifying potential merchants, visiting their businesses, explaining our products/services, completing the onboarding process, and building solid relationships with merchants. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential merchants in assigned areas through field visits and local market mapping.

Generate leads and onboard new merchants onto the platform. Visit shops, retailers, restaurants, and other relevant businesses to explain the company’s offerings. Understand merchant requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Complete merchant registration and documentation as per process requirements. Ensure accurate collection and verification of KYC and other required documents. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly merchant onboarding targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective merchants to convert leads into active merchants.



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and newly onboarded merchants. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding, activation, and operational issues.

Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, conversions, and merchant onboarding status. Share daily field activity and performance reports with the reporting manager. Track competitor activities and market trends and share relevant insights with the team.

Key Skills & CompetenciesGood communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting merchants. Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Good local market knowledge will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
