Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Delhi, NY.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, and promote Gulmohar’s services and solutions.

Responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating and closing sales, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires regular follow-up with existing and potential clients, maintaining accurate records of leads and activities, and preparing sales reports for management.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide feedback from the market to support service improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of healthcare services or willingness to quickly learn about the healthcare sector and Gulmohar’s offerings.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and standard office software to track activities and prepare reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, NY, conduct client visits, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
