Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves visiting retail outlets, distributors, and potential business partners to promote Clapjoy Toys products, generate new leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

The Field Sales

Executive will conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing and terms, ensure proper merchandising and stock levels, and collect market feedback to improve offerings. The role also includes preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment,



and representing the brand at local events or promotions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in field sales, business development, or retail selling, preferably in consumer products, toys, or FMCG.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with retailers, distributors, and customers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to plan routes, manage multiple visits, and maintain accurate records.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile apps, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools to report activities and monitor performance.
- Comfort with working on-site in Gurugram, traveling locally, and meeting daily/weekly sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and collaborate effectively with internal sales and operations teams.
- Prior experience in field sales or a related commercial role is preferred; exposure to the toys, gifts, or retail sector is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
