We’re looking for an energetic, people-first Field Sales Executive who loves being out in the market, meeting customers face-to-face, and turning conversations into meaningful business.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys the pace of on-ground sales: spotting opportunities, building trust quickly, and helping customers find the right solution.

What you’ll do

- Meet prospective customers, partners, and businesses in your assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, local networks, and outreach.
- Present our products/services clearly and confidently, tailoring the pitch to customer needs.
- Own the sales journey from first conversation through closure and onboarding.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure a excellent post-sale experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate visit, lead, and sales updates in the company’s CRM or reporting tools.
- Share market feedback: competitor activity, customer needs, and opportunities we should pursue.

What we’re looking for
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales,



business development, retail sales, FMCG, fintech, real estate, telecom, or a similar customer-facing role.
- A go-getter mindset—you’re comfortable starting conversations and following through.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English plus the relevant local language(s).
- Confidence working independently, managing a territory, and hitting targets.
- Familiarity with smartphones, basic apps, and CRM tools.
- A valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally is a plus.
