Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Visit prospective and existing customers to present the company’s products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
- Maintain records of daily visits,



customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Intermediate); graduation will be preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
