About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented Field Recruiter who is interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

The role involves visiting delivery hubs and conducting field-level recruitment activities, primarily for rider hiring and onboarding. This is a positive opportunity for freshers who are comfortable working in the field and want to gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit delivery hubs and other assigned locations for recruitment activities.
- Source and attract candidates for rider/delivery executive positions.
- Conduct candidate calling, screening, and initial discussions.
- Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and joining process to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join and become active.
- Maintain daily recruitment and onboarding reports.
- Coordinate with Hub Managers and Operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Conduct local hiring drives and support bulk recruitment activities.




- Maintain a database of candidates and follow up with potential candidates.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Handle basic HR/recruitment-related coordination and employee queries.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Candidates with prior recruitment, field sales, telecalling, or hiring experience can also apply.
