Job Title: Field Quality Engineer
Experience: 1 to 4yrs
Qualification : Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / B. Tec / Automobile Engineering

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle field failures and customer complaints
- Visit dealer/customer locations for quality issues
- Analyze failed parts / vehicle failures
- Identify Root Cause (RCA)
- Prepare 8D / CAPA and corrective actions
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Service & Supplier Quality teams
- Monitor warranty claims and warranty failures
- Implement containment actions for affected vehicles
- Track field issues and ensure timely closure
- Conduct Post Production Validation (PPV)
- Monitor product reliability and recurring failures
Common skills: 7 QC Tools, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, RCA, CAPA, warranty analysis, customer complaint handling, and automotive vehicle knowledge.
