Key responsibilities include supervising guard performance, conducting site visits, recruiting/training staff, managing patrols, and ensuring 24/7 coverage, security, and attendance

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Site Supervision & Operations: Inspecting client sites to ensure security staff follow protocols, maintain high grooming standards, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Personnel Management: Recruiting, deploying, training, and managing the morale of security guards and supervisors.
- Client Liaising: Acting as the primary contact for clients, addressing complaints, and ensuring service quality.




- Patrols & Incident Response: Conducting regular, unannounced site visits and patrols to ensure security presence and responding to emergency alarms or incidents.
- Administration: Managing duty rosters, ensuring timely attendance reporting, and assisting with billing and payment follow-ups.
- Reporting: Preparing detailed daily or monthly reports on security operations and staff attendance.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
