Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team in Lucknow. This is a unique hybrid role perfect for go-getters who enjoy a mix of online research, phone communication, and face-to-face field marketing.

You will be responsible for finding potential clients online, qualifying them over the phone, and meeting them in the field to pitch our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Fetching & Research: Use Google Search, Google Maps, and social media to find and compile lists of potential target businesses in Lucknow.
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to the researched leads to introduce our business, pitch services, and schedule face-to-face meetings.
- Field Marketing: Travel locally within Lucknow to meet business owners,



hand out promotional materials, and close deals.
- Reporting: Maintain a basic daily record of called leads and field visits in Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (Any stream).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Google Search, Google Maps, and how to use Google Sheets/Excel.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi with a polite and convincing phone manner. Basic reading/writing proficiency in English.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and have a valid Driving License for local field visits.
- Attitude: Confident, comfortable talking to strangers, and resilient to rejections.
