HR Executive – Field Operations

Salary: ₹25,000/month + PF + HDFC Ergo Mediclaim

Role Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage on-ground HR activities across store locations, including recruitment support, employee relations, attendance management, onboarding, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment for store-level positions across assigned locations
- Visit stores regularly to address employee grievances and HR-related concerns
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR policy compliance
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and applicable labour requirements
- Coordinate between store management and central HR




- Support employee engagement activities
- Assist with disciplinary and employee-related processes when required
- Maintain HR records and provide regular updates to the HR Manager

Requirements

- Graduate; MBA / PG Diploma in HR preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Retail or multi-location HR experience preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently between store locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, and labour compliance
