Are you dynamic, energetic, and passionate about real estate? We're looking for a proactive Field Executive to manage on-ground operations, conduct property site visits, and deliver exceptional experiences to property owners and tenants.

? What you'll do:

- Conduct on-site property inspections, client site visits, and property walkthroughs across Chennai
- Engage with property owners, prospective buyers, and tenants to showcase residential/commercial spaces
- Coordinate property onboarding, key handovers, maintenance checks, and tenant check-ins/check-outs
- Identify local market opportunities, generate real estate leads, and expand property listings
- Assist in documentation, lease agreements, and local administrative tasks required on-field
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property rates, and neighborhood insights

✅ What we're looking for:





- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, real estate, facility management, or property operations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Tamil & English required)
- Possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for regular field visits
- Energetic, self-motivated, customer-centric, and comfortable with daily local travel
