Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Recent Delhi. The Telemarketer will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce company services, explain offerings clearly, and respond to basic customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities include engaging potential customers, scheduling appointments, updating call records, and following up on leads to support sales targets.

The role involves working closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging, meet call quotas,



and maintain a professional tone in all interactions. The position requires adherence to call scripts and company policies while adjusting communication style to suit different customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and handle diverse customer interactions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and maintain a positive caller experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, promote services, and support closure of leads.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to efficiently book meetings, record details accurately, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with call management or CRM systems are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in New Delhi, manage repetitive tasks, and meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Previous telemarketing, call center, or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and hindi.
