Experience: 5+ years in hotel F&B; 2+ years leading a team

Salary: ₹30,000–40,000 per month, based on experience

Reports to: Property General Manager, with visibility to Head Office

What you will own

- Run daily restaurant service and coordinate with kitchen; oversee banquets and room service if offered at the property.
- Own food-cost reporting: recipe costing and portions, receiving checks, stock counts and variances, waste logs, supplier price trends and weekly outlet results.
- Build an evidence-based plan to reduce food cost while keeping food quality and safety intact.




- Train and roster the service team; track guest feedback, sales, covers and menu mix; work with the chef, procurement and accounts on documented controls.

What you bring Hotel F&B; leadership, POS and inventory skills, and a concrete example of improving food cost without harming guest experience. Hospitality qualification helpful.
