Como Designers Collective is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team in North Goa.
We’re looking for someone who understands retail, has a strong eye for product and customer trends, and can manage merchandising operations while driving store performance.
Role: Retail Merchandiser
Location: North Goa
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Saturday: Half Day
Sunday: Off
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in retail merchandising / fashion retail
- Strong understanding of product planning and inventory
- Positive eye for trends, presentation and product assortment
- Ability to analyse sales and identify opportunities
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and coordination skills
