Luxoro Formello® is a premium footwear brand known for handcrafted formal shoes, refined design and careful craftsmanship. We sell online and through our flagship store in South Extension, and a second store is coming up in Jaipur. We're a growing brand looking for people who want to grow with us.
The role
You'll be the face of our South Extension store. You'll welcome customers, understand what they need and help them find the right pair. If you love fashion, enjoy talking to people and are motivated by sales, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Give every customer a warm, personalised and unhurried shopping experience
- Recommend footwear and styling based on fit, occasion and personal taste
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge, upselling and cross-selling
- Work towards individual and store sales targets
- Build relationships that bring customers back
- Keep the store and displays at our visual merchandising standards
- Support daily operations: billing (POS), inventory checks and stock replenishment
What we're looking for
- Confident, well-groomed and professionally presented
- Fluent Hindi and conversational English
- Genuine interest in fashion, footwear and styling
- Natural with people: you build rapport easily
- Comfortable with sales targets, proactive and keen to learn
- Responsible and organised
- 12th pass (minimum)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; premium retail, fashion or footwear sales experience is a plus
What you get
- Salary: ₹22,500–₹27,000 per month (gross), based on experience
- Sales incentives on top of salary: our consultants typically earn ₹4,000–₹5,000+ a month
- Total monthly earnings of ₹26,500–₹32,000+ with incentives
- Uniform and full product training provided
- Hands-on experience in premium footwear, styling and customer relationship management
- Room to grow into senior and store leadership roles as we open new stores
Job details
- Full-time, in office
- Hours: 11:00 AM–8:30 PM, with a 1-hour break
- 6 days a week, with one rotational weekday off (weekends and holidays are our busiest days)
- Immediate joining preferred
