HIRING | FACTORY MANAGER – WOOD MANUFACTURING

Location: Doddaballapur, Karnataka

Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

Reporting To: Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage overall factory operations and production
- Plan and monitor production schedules, targets and dispatches
- Lead supervisors, skilled & unskilled workers and production teams
- Manage manpower, machinery, materials and production capacity
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, wastage and costs
- Ensure quality as per approved designs and specifications
- Coordinate with Management, Purchase, Stores, Sales & Dispatch
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
- Ensure machinery maintenance and factory upkeep
- Maintain discipline, safety, housekeeping and workplace standards
- Recruit, train and motivate factory workforce when required
- Monitor attendance and workforce productivity
- Prepare regular MIS/production reports for Management
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity and operational efficiency
- Handle day-to-day production and manpower issues
- Ensure applicable labour, factory, safety and statutory compliance





CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ✅ 10+ years of experience in wood manufacturing

✅ Wooden door manufacturing experience preferred

✅ Experience with woodworking machinery, finishing and assembly

✅ Strong factory/production team leadership experience

✅ Ability to manage large production teams

✅ Strong understanding of quality, productivity, wastage & cost control

✅ Hands-on, disciplined, proactive and result-oriented

✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

✅ Valuable communication and coordination skills

✅ Willingness to work at Doddaballapur

✅ Candidates from Doddaballapur/nearby areas preferred

WORKING DAYS

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM The selected candidate will be responsible for driving production, quality, productivity, manpower and operational performance of the factory.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
