Facility EXECUTIVE

1. Establishing and maintaining appropriate customer services procedures and standards based on the agreement/ SOW/ SLA
2. Interfaces with customers and resolves problems
3. Evaluating support services, identifying needs, anticipating problems and developing corrective action plans
4. Providing operation advice and recommendations to higher management
5. Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and fiscal management principles and procedures
6. Planning, developing and coordinating a program of planned, preventive maintenance for Office workforce & office equipment
7. Overseeing the maintenance and control of facilities management records
8. Overseeing the office HK Material inventory, rental, repair and maintenance
9. Coordinates building security and regular maintenance and repair services.
10. Coordinates with various vendors and suppliers
11. Preparing MIS/KPI/MMR reports for all sites/floors under his control

Overseeing the office services needed to support department operations

13. Implementing Efficiency Standards
14. Maintain discipline and quality of work by all staff
15. Responsible for overall safety and security at site
16. Coordinate with Site FM/ AFM for day-to-day BU operation
17. Briefs, guides and mentors the supervisory and managerial staff below him/her.
18. An exemplary team leader with robust team building and sustaining skills
19. Conducting TBT, site audit on regular basis
20. Preparation of IR and submission on TAT
21. Should conduct daily site walkaround, and documents should be maintained.

22. Oversee the Pantry operations

23. Knowledge of statutory compliance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
