Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and upkeep.

- Oversee civil works such as plumbing, electricals, carpentry, HVAC systems, and MEP installations.

- Ensure smooth functioning of critical equipment like AC units (DC & AC), gensets, UPS systems.

- Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of projects related to housekeeping services.

Job Requirements :

- 7-20 years' experience in facility management or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of air conditioning (AC), DC systems, electricals, generators (genset), plumbing fixtures.

- Experience with carpentry work and ability to manage small construction projects.
