- Manage day-to-day operations of residential apartments and gated communities.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, horticulture, and other facility services.
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, DG, lifts, STP, WTP, and fire safety systems.
- Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with the Association / RWA Committee and residents.
- Manage manpower deployment, attendance, shifts, and staff discipline.
- Monitor preventive maintenance, equipment performance, and safety standards.
- Manage vendors, AMCs, consumables, inventory, and operational budgets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and ensure statutory compliance.
- Qualification & Experience: Diploma / B.Tech in a relevant field preferred, with 4–6 years of facility management experience, preferably in residential communities.
