1. Facility Manager : Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with experience handling 30–35 stores.
2. Cluster Facility Manager : Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with experience handling 70–100+ stores.
3. Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering Electrical (Preferred)
4. Robust knowledge of electrical systems, DG sets, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, civil and firefighting systems.
5. Experience in maintaining cold rooms, freezers, chillers, and refrigeration equipment.
6. Expertise in preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
7. Experience in vendor management, AMC administration and SLA compliance.
8. Ability to monitor and close facility-related tickets through Terotam, KnowApp, or similar systems.
9. Experience in managing housekeeping, pest control, and hygiene standards.

Strong understanding of diesel management, DG operations, and utility consumption monitoring.
11. Knowledge of fire & life safety systems, EHS compliance, and statutory requirements.
12. Experience in store launch readiness, handover and snag closure.
13. Strong root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills for recurring maintenance issues.
14. Excellent stakeholder management with Operations, Projects, RE, Procurement, Finance and vendors.
15. Ability to work under pressure and ensure 24×7 store uptime with minimum operational disruption.
