About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facade & Architectural Metal Works Estimator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates and commercial quotations for façade, aluminium, glazing and architectural metalwork projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and shop drawings.
- Estimate materials, labour, fabrication, installation, accessories and related costs.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost sheets and commercial quotations.
- Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Analyse aluminium, glass, steel, stainless steel and other façade/metalwork requirements.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement and project teams to clarify technical requirements.
- Identify exclusions, assumptions, risks and scope gaps during tendering.
- Carry out value engineering and alternative material/system cost comparisons.
- Prepare tender submissions within required deadlines.
- Maintain estimation records,



cost databases and historical project rates.
- Support post-tender negotiations and clarification meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of relevant estimation experience in façade, aluminium, glazing or architectural metal works.
- Strong understanding of façade and architectural metalwork systems, materials and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and shop drawings.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ preparation.
- Experience with Excel and estimation/costing software.
- Valuable understanding of material pricing, fabrication and installation costs.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
