Candidate Requirements

- Candidates with strong experience in the Façade / Construction industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels.
- Strong Learning & Development (L&D;) skills.
- Ability to plan and conduct employee training sessions and development programs.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Should be capable of independently handling end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance,



leave, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance and HR documentation.
- Should have valuable employee handling, counselling and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to coordinate with management and department heads on HR matters.
- Should be proactive, organized and capable of managing HR activities independently.

Façade / Construction industry experience is highly preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
