Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fabrication work and manage workers.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Monitor cutting, welding, grinding, fitting, and assembly work.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.
- Allocate work to fitters, welders, and helpers.
- Achieve daily production targets and meet deadlines.
- Check material usage and reduce wastage.
- Ensure safety rules and PPE are followed.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and Quality Department.
- Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
