Salary: ₹70,000–₹1,20,000/month, based on experience & technical capability
Working Hours: 9:30 AM–7:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
Job Overview:
We are looking for a technically strong Senior Façade Designer with 6–12 years of relevant experience to handle façade design, detailing, shop drawings and fabrication drawings with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D/3D AutoCAD, shop, fabrication and construction drawings.
- Detail façade systems including curtain walling, unitized/stick systems, structural glazing, cladding, skylights, aluminium windows/doors and louvres.
- Coordinate façade details with architectural,
structural and other interfaces.
- Identify technical/detailing issues and provide practical solutions.
- Manage drawing revisions, quality checks and project deadlines.
- Support and guide junior designers when required.
Requirements:
- Solid AutoCAD 2D & 3D skills are mandatory.
- Good practical knowledge of façade systems, fabrication and installation.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and shop drawings.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with Team Leaders/Design Managers.
- Good communication, attention to detail and time-management skills.
