Bhasin Brothers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Manager with a passion for men’s fashion, styling, and retail operations. The candidate will oversee daily store operations, manage customer relationships, guide customers on fabric selection and styling, coordinate sales activities, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and team coordination.

- Assist customers with fabric selection, styling, and product recommendations.

- Ensure excellent customer service and client relationship management.

- Coordinate sales activities and support sales targets.

- Maintain store presentation, discipline, and organization.

- Develop knowledge of men’s wear fabrics, fashion trends, and tailoring.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.





- Strong customer interaction and communication skills.

- Knowledge of men’s wear fabrics and fashion trends.

- Good styling sense and product recommendation skills.

- Ability to understand customer preferences and provide style guidance.

- Passion for men’s fashion and client servicing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
