Job details

Sales & Customer Handling

- Achieve sales targets by engaging with customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.
- Explain product offerings, assist in purchase decisions and complete sales transactions.
- Achieve category-wise sales targets and handle sales returns/repairs.

Retail Operations & Store Management

- Follow store SOPs, cost-saving practices and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure stock replenishment, proper product display and store/product security.
- Monitor dead stock and coordinate with the Store Manager to minimise it.
- Support Marketing, VM and other teams to improve store operations and footfall.
- Maintain awareness of competitor practices and market trends.

Customer Feedback & Complaints

- Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints as per company guidelines.
