ROLE: We are looking for a market-driven International Sales Manager who can build overseas markets, acquire international clients, and drive export revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop current international markets and identify high-potential territories. Generate and convert international B2B leads into business. Develop relationships with importers, distributors, dealers and overseas clients .

Handle end-to-end export sales: Enquiry → Negotiation → Order → Shipment → Payment . Achieve export sales and revenue targets. Monitor international market trends, competitors and pricing. Coordinate with logistics, production and documentation teams for smooth order execution.

Represent the company in international exhibitions, client meetings and market visits . REQUIRED 5–10 years of experience in Export / International Sales . Strong experience in new market development and international B2B sales .

Excellent negotiation, communication and client-management skills. Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms and international trade . Willingness to travel internationally.
