We're Hiring: Export Sales Executive | Victor Forgings

Victor Forgings is expanding its international business and is looking for an Export Sales Executive to join our team.

Role &

• Responsibilities

- International Client Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients. Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication with international customers.
- Quotations & • Order Coordination

- Prepare quotations based on costing, follow up with customers, negotiate where required, and coordinate order finalization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the production team to track order progress and delivery timelines. Coordinate with purchase and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Sales & • Business Development

- Identify potential international customers and current business opportunities. Conduct market research and support the development of new export markets.
- Sales Follow-Up & • Reporting

- Regularly follow up on quotations and leads, maintain customer and sales records, and assist in analyzing export sales data.

What We're Looking For

- Someone with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English preferred),



who is comfortable speaking with customers from different countries and cultures.
- The ideal candidate should be good at building relationships, negotiating, following up, and handling multiple tasks, with an understanding of costing, pricing, and sales data.
- We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, patient, professional under pressure, and genuinely interested in building a career in international business and export sales.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

- Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably in International Business, Commerce, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in export sales, international sales, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of export processes and international markets will be an advantage
