1) - Export Documentation (Sea Export)
- Co-ordination with Internal team & Liners for documents & operation process.
- Bill of Lading releasing
- Co-ordination with Liners & Co-loaders for documents
- Sending pre-alert documents & debit note to overseas office.
- MBL submitting with co-loader & Liner.
- Transport arrangements for Export container movement
- Verifying the charges in invoice, with the agreed rates quoted.
- Documents dispatch to Shipper / Overseas office
- File closing in timely basis.
- Documents dispatch to Shipper/Overseas Office
- Taking care of Ocean Export Operation Assistant
- Generating invoices for Ex-Works, FOB,DDU,CIF,DDP type of shipments
- Providing support to customer towards the best possible service
- Pre-alert Updation to Overseas.
