Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Export-Import Logistics Manager to oversee and manage all international logistics operations related to exports and imports. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, handling documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and customs authorities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and optimizing logistics costs and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end export and import logistics operations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), transporters, and warehouses.
- Ensure timely execution of export and import shipments.
- Prepare and verify all export-import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bills, and related documents.
- Monitor customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to management and customers.
- Negotiate freight rates and logistics contracts to optimize transportation costs.
- Handle claims, shipment discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
- Coordinate with production, sales, finance,



and procurement teams for smooth shipment planning.
- Maintain records and reports related to logistics costs, shipment status, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs requirements, and shipping procedures.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Export-Import Logistics Management.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, export-import documentation, and freight management.
- Experience in handling container shipments and international logistics operations.
