Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage cash handling activities, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Authorize transactions and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Perform teller operations such as opening recent current accounts, saving accounts, and CASA services.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures related to branch operations.
- Monitor transaction processing and transaction monitoring to prevent fraudulent activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (teller or cashier).
- B.Tech degree from a recognized university (preferably in Computers).
- Strong understanding of account opening, activation, authoring, cheque clearing processes.
- Proficiency in using software applications for transaction processing.
