- Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct intakes- first-session consultations

- Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents and young adults (typically between 7-25 years)

- Conduct comprehensive cognitive/psychoeducational assessments

- Contribute to training programmes, workshops and community outreach initiatives

- Supervise early-career psychologists (based on experience)

- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care

- Delivering one-to-one evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline

- Administering psychometric and cognitive assessments, scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same

- Conceptualising and delivering specialised workshops and webinars

- Developing and engaging with specialised clinical protocols

- Content research and development for proprietary products

- Supervising and monitoring online forums (e.g., communities)

- Leadership, training, and supervision of current members of the team
