Role Description The Experience Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management processes, and employee lifecycle activities. The HR Executive will manage HR policies and compliance, maintain accurate HR documentation and data, and support payroll and benefits coordination in collaboration with relevant teams.

Day-to-day work includes handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, facilitating engagement initiatives,



and supporting learning and development programs. The role also involves partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, contributing to a positive culture, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to oversee end-to-end people processes and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid HR Operations skills to manage HR documentation, HRIS updates, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance-related activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Employee Relations capabilities to handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and promote a respectful, inclusive work workplace.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies to develop, implement, and update guidelines aligned with local regulations and organizational standards.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in tech or IT services environments, familiarity with performance management systems, and exposure to talent development initiatives.
