Hiring: Apprentice - Policy Servicing Operations

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is hiring Fresh Graduates for an Apprenticeship opportunity in the Policy Servicing Operations team.

- Location: Mumbai - Malad
- Experience: Freshers / 01 year
- Stipend: Up to 20,000 per month
- Duration: 6 months to 1 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day Life Insurance Policy Servicing Operations.
- Assist with maturity payout and payment processing.
- Handle policy-related queries and service requests.
- Maintain accuracy and adherence to defined TAT/SLA.
- Update records and process-related information in internal systems.
- Maintain basic MIS/trackers using MS Excel.

Who Can Apply?

- Fresh graduates are preferred.
- Graduates from B.Com, BMS, BBA, Banking & Insurance, Finance or related fields.
- Candidates with 01 year relevant experience may also apply.
- Valuable communication and basic Excel knowledge preferred.
