Opening: Executive -Techno for application of Enzyme-Based Products in cane juice industry and Molasses & Grain based Distillery

.Preferred Location: - ( Belgaon)/ Belagari/Jakhandi/Budhol (North Karnataka)

Langauge-Kannada (Must)

Budget-Upto 5LPA Max

Experience - 2 years

Work Mode - 15 days travel , 15 days remote , laptop will be provided by company

Job Summary

- We are seeking for a technically strong and industry-savy Specialist to develop, promote, and support the application on of enzyme-based products in cane juice industry and Molasses &

• Grain based Disllery The person will be responsible for promo ng and providing technical support for enzyme-based products across the Sugar, and grain based Dis llery.

Key Responsibili es: 1.

Process

Monitoring &

• Enzyme Applica on  Supervise and monitor the applica on of enzyme-based products in sugar, dis llery, and grain processing opera ons during the assigned shi .  Ensure opmum dosage, process parameters, and applica on methods to achieve desired produc on efficiency and quality outcomes. 2.

Technical

Support &

• Troubleshoo ng  Provide in office technical support to produc on teams and customers for effec ve u liza on of enzyme products.  Iden fy process devia ons and implement correc ve ac ons to opmize fermenta on, liquefac on, saccharifica on, and related processes.

3. Produc on &

• Performance Opmiza on  Analyse process data and recommend improvements to enhance yield, recovery, produc vity, and cost efficiency.  Support trials and valida on of new products and its applica on across the industry. 4.

Quality

Compliance  Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, GMP requirements, and customer specifica ons.



 Monitor process quality parameters and maintain accurate shi records and reports.

5. Safety &

• Regulatory Compliance  Enforce adherence to safety procedures, environmental norms, and statutory requirements.  Conduct safety inspec ons and promote a culture of safe working prac ces.

6. Customer &

• Field Support  Coordinate with customers' produc on teams to ensure effec ve product applica on and process opmization

Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide technical recommenda ons for process improvements.

Key Skills &

Competencies

-  Strong understanding of enzyme kine cs, fermenta on, and biochemical processes.  Hands-on experience with analy cal techniques such as ac vity assays, spectrophotometry, etc.  Ability to analyse data and prepare technical reports.  Good communica on and coordina on skills for inter-departmental collabora on.  Problem-solving and con nuous improvement mindset. Qualifica on &

Experience 

Educa on: B. Sc/M.Sc. / B. Tech/PG diploma in sugar technology or Food technology /Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related life science discipline.

Experience: 2–3 years in enzyme applica on, fermenta on, process development, or technical service func ons within the enzyme or biotech industry. 

Preferred Background: Candidates with exposure in sugar and dis llery industry with speciality products and capable of handling and analysing trials. What mo vates you to join us?
