We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our team in the Soft Services department at Sodexo Food Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soft services and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and coordinate daily operations of soft services, including housekeeping, cafeteria, and security.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.





- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall experience.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in soft services or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of soft services operations, including housekeeping, cafeteria, and security.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety protocols.
