Job Summary

Job Title: Executive- Stores Main Purpose of Job (Why job exists/what it must achieve): To manage the stores activities and co-ordinate with production dept. for smooth functioning of production

Level: L-5

Reports to: Manager - SCM

Organization Unit / Location: SMIL-Chakan Plant 3

Responsibilities

- To ensure smooth and proper transaction of materials in stores.
- To ensure and implement Inventory control measures
- To ensure and monitor Gate entry Vs MRN Report on daily basis
- To ensure the FIFO is maintained in the store department.
- Reconciliation and monitoring of high value items like Bricks etc.
- Daily material shortage report to purchase for further procurements.
- To ensure proper Receipt and issue of all material (RM, BOP, FOC Job work etc)
- To maintain Stores dept as per IATF QMS requirement.




- To support in implementation of TPM 5S activities
- Any other task entrusted by your supervisor
