Role & responsibilities
1. Achieve costeffective, reliable, and scalable sourcing of BoughtOut Parts.
2. Strengthen supplier Base, supplier performance and ensure highquality delivery across CR/HR sheetbased components.
3. Drive cost savings through negotiation, VAVE, technical understanding, and alternate sourcing.
4. Resolution of supplier issues
5. Lead sourcing of BoughtOut Parts with deep technical knowledge of CR/HR sheet metal components.
6. Build, manage, and develop suppliers, ensuring robust negotiation outcomes and compliance with technical requirements.
7. Analyze sheet metal specifications, tolerances, grades, and market pricing trends to make informed sourcing decisions.
8. Identify and develop new suppliers to increase capability, capacity, and cost competitiveness.
9. Drive cost reduction through VAVE, shouldcosting, benchmarking, and alternate material sourcing.
