Ad Sales Executive – Fresher

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday–Friday

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Ad Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in Digital Advertising, AdTech, Media Sales, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients, brands, agencies, and advertisers.
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Follow up with prospects and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, prospects, and sales activities.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Digital Advertising / AdTech.
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, and client interaction.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with a sales/business development mindset are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Background BBA / MBA / B.Com / Marketing / Business Management or any relevant graduate degree.
