We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Executive – IVRS to join our team at Sabine Hospital & Research Centre, Thevally, Kollam. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls, coordinating appointments, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Respond to patient enquiries regarding appointments, consultations, services, and hospital facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments as required.
- Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, timings, and available services.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and enquiries.
- Maintain proper call records and update patient information in the system.
- Coordinate with relevant hospital departments for patient requirements.
- Handle patient concerns courteously and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with patients.




- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies.
- Achieve assigned call-handling and follow-up targets.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in IVRS, hospital reception, telecalling, customer service, or healthcare coordination will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital/CRM software is an advantage.
- Valuable interpersonal and telephone-handling skills.
- Candidates with a patient-focused and professional approach are preferred.
