About the Role
We are looking for a

Video Editor

to create engaging and impactful video content for political campaigns, digital platforms, and public-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a creative approach to storytelling, and an understanding of social media and digital content trends.

Roles & Responsibilities
Edit and produce

short-form and long-form video content

for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
Create engaging videos using footage, graphics, animations, music, and other visual elements.
Work closely with

creative, strategy, communications, and digital teams

to develop campaign content.
Translate campaign narratives and ideas into compelling visual stories.
Edit content for platforms such as

Instagram, YouTube, X, and other digital channels .
Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and basic visual effects where required.
Ensure videos are aligned with campaign objectives, messaging, and brand guidelines.
Stay updated on

social media trends, editing styles,



and emerging digital formats .
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within tight timelines.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience

in Video Editing, Digital Content, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
Robust proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop , or similar editing tools.
Strong understanding of

visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, and composition .
Experience creating content for

social media and digital platforms .
Good understanding of current affairs, politics, and digital media will be an advantage.
Strong creative and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver under

tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment .
