Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Maintenance Department Head to lead our engineering and maintenance team at the hotel. The ideal candidate will oversee the overall maintenance of hotel facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, handling repairs and upgrades, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading projects to enhance operational efficiency. Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.
