Experience: preferred 1 year in PDA/FDA processing or experience in shipping operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and validate PDA/FDA as per SOPs and client requirements.
- Review Charter Party (CP) terms and identify applicable port costs.
- Ensure accuracy of port costs from enquiry to final reconciliation .
- Investigate DA discrepancies and identify root causes.
- Coordinate with clients, port agents, and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Monitor and report operational, customer, and agent KPIs .
- Ensure timely and accurate DA processing and compliance with established procedures.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of port operations and shipping terminology .
- Knowledge of PDA/FDA and DA reconciliation .
- Basic understanding of Charter Parties .
- Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
