Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to determine the scope of work and pricing parameters.

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer specifications, pricing guidelines, and company policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for quotation preparation.

- Conduct research and market analysis to determine pricing trends, competitive landscape, and cost optimization opportunities.

- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of pricing information, product catalogues, and vendor details.

- Review and negotiate terms and conditions with customers to ensure alignment between their requirements and company capabilities.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of quotations and adherence to customer deadlines.

- Follow up with customers to address queries, provide clarification on quotations, and negotiate terms as required.

- Monitor and track the status of quotations, ensuring accurate documentation and record- keeping.





- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support during contract negotiations and assist with the conversion of quotations into sales orders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

- Preferred experience in quotation preparation, pricing analysis, or related roles within a sales or procurement workplace.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex pricing structures and financial data.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of industry-specific pricing practices, market dynamics, and relevant regulatory requirements.
