We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support a Director at Waaree Energies' corporate office in Goregaon, Mumbai. This is a full-time, in-office role, 6 days a week.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the Director's calendar end to end: prioritise appointments, resolve conflicts and keep schedules updated
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, video calls and reviews, including agenda, logistics and meeting rooms
- Plan and book domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, cabs, visas and detailed itineraries
- Prepare meeting documents and presentations, and record Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and follow up on action items
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal teams, clients, vendors and senior stakeholders
- Screen and manage calls, emails and correspondence; draft letters, emails and reports
- Track deadlines, key deliverables and pending approvals, and send timely reminders
- Maintain confidential files, records and documents in an organised manner
- Coordinate events,



board and leadership meetings and visitor management
- Process expense reports, reimbursements and invoices related to the Director's office
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Director

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Secretary to CXO / Director / senior leadership
- Robust calendar management, meeting coordination and travel booking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised, proactive, able to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Must be comfortable working from office at Goregaon, Mumbai, 6 days a week
